**The role**

As a team we are together responsible for providing a modern, efficient and secured environment supporting our employees as we believe that our employees are our greatest strength. We are looking for someone with strong understanding of the management, soft and people’s skills, excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel industry.
- Manage travel and accommodations for company employees, which includes booking US domestic & international flight tickets, hotels, and car rentals.
- Should work in night shift timings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office and travel booking software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly reports and submit to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree. Additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
