Role Background

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator who will be responsible for producing and publishing various types of digital content. In this position, you will be expected to collaborate with the marketing Agency to develop content strategies that align with the company's goals. You will also be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, and videos. If you have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital media, we encourage you to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and websites

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals

Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective

Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics

Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content

Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed

Collaborate with other departments such as design and product development to ensure content is aligned with brand standards and product offerings

Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and trends and incorporate them into content strategies and tactics

Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and writers

Manage Social Media Handles - Instagram, Facebook & Whats app

Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards

Expierence & Qualitification

Proven work experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role

Excellent writing and editing skills in English

Experience with content management systems (CMS)

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software

Experience with video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Understanding of visual design principles and best practices

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Passion for creating engaging and innovative digital content

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
