**Job Description: Computer and Mobile OperatorPosition Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Computer Operations**:

- Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update digital records or databases as directed.
- Conduct simple troubleshooting of computer systems (e.g., restarting devices, resolving minor errors).
- **Mobile Operations**:

- Use mobile devices to manage apps, send/receive messages, and make calls.
- Transfer data between mobile devices and computers using standard methods.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using basic software tools.
- Manage printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks.
- Organize and maintain files (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all office devices (computers, printers, and mobile devices) are in working condition.
- Notify technical support in case of significant equipment issues.
- **Customer/Team Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with team members or clients for task updates.
- Provide basic assistance to colleagues on computer or mobile-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (basic computer training certification is a plus).
- **Experience**: Entry-level position; prior exposure to basic computer operations preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Android/iOS mobile systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
