- Periodical Updations, Compliances, Litigations, Managing Notices against the Company.
- Due Diligence of Land Records,
- Finalization of Land Agreements and their registrations with the concerned authorities.
- Obtaining requisite clearances for the projects, change of land use, license related documentation compliance/procurement for developing a project, building plan approvals, compliance and regulatory work and hypothecations in revenue records to save monetary outflows/bank guarantees etc.
- Pollution Related (Punjab Pollution Control Board)
- Environmental Clearances and Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change.
- Mining Department
- Drainage Department,
- Height Permissions for Structures
- Central Ground Water Authority
- Fire Department
- Electrical Connections - Load Sanctions, Transfer of Poles, etc. from Punjab State Power Corporation Limited,
- Municipal Council, Town and Country Planning and Local Government
- NHAI (National Highway Authority of India) etc.
- Liaison with Senior Bureaucrats, Senior Police Officials / Administrative Functions / Revenue Department.
- Routine Correspondence with Government authorities for project registrations, plans approval, licenses etc

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
