**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **CBSE School Vice Principal (Female )** in Pune. The School Vice Principal will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing instructional leadership, and supervising school staff and students. Additionally, the School Vice Principal will also oversee school budgets, supervise educational programs, and interact with parents and community leaders. Reporting to the Director-Principal on a daily basis regarding the implementations and progress of the school.

**Qualifications Post graduate with Master's degree or higher in Education is mandatory.**

**Administration or a related field Previous experience of at least 5 years in education leadership or administrative roles is compulsory.**

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage school staff and students, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

*Demonstrated understanding of educational policies and regulations, and the ability to keep up-to-date with evolving educational trends and best practices Professional attitude and demeanor, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

*Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

*Excellent organizational and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
