**Counsellor**

**We are looking for counselor with minimum of three to five years of experience.**
- Provide academic guidance to students based on their career goals, interests, and abilities.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and programs that align with their educational and career objectives.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new students with the institute's policies, procedures, and available resources.
- Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to address personal, academic, or career concerns of students.
- Provide support for overcoming challenges and developing strategies for academic success.
- Assist students in exploring career options and understanding the market demand for various professions.
- Provide information on internships, job placement, and opportunities for further education.
- Monitor the academic progress of students and identify those who may need additional support or intervention.
- Work with faculty to address any academic concerns and implement strategies for improvement.
- Provide information about extracurricular activities, workshops, and seminars that can enhance the student experience.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a coordinated support system for students.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions, academic plans, and progress.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations regarding student information.
- Gather feedback from students about their experiences and use it to improve the quality of services provided by the training institute.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
