Required Skill/Experience
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture and internals.
- Strong Oracle Database Administration skills.
- Good exposure to Oracle database tools (AWR, ASMCMD, SRVCTL, CRSCTL)
- Proficiency with Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster) and Backup and recovery tool RMAN
- Ability to fine-tune the concurrent processing in a large EBS environment
- Understanding SQL query execution plan
- Experience in one of the following languages: Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting
- Experience with Linux/Unix command line and command-line tools
- Proactively identify potential problems and issues and actively communicate and manage issues for resolution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Ensure issues are analyzed discussed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Experience working in 24/7 3 shifts operations
