Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving

complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping

experience for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist in the implementation of store promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall

store performance.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively

communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and loss

prevention.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing

environments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
