Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Source new customers for savings and current accounts (digitally or through field sales).
- **Lead Management**:

- Act on bank-provided leads as well as self-sourced leads through market activities.
- **Cross Selling**:

- Pitch related products like debit cards, credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure complete KYC documentation and adherence to RBI and Kotak guidelines.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for customers through mobile and web platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

- **Education**:

- Graduate (any stream) - Freshers or up to 2 years of experience.
- **Age**:

- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and/or local language).
- Willingness to travel locally (some roles involve field work).
- Basic understanding of banking and digital apps is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
