**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Showroom Operations Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the production team for replenishment.

**2. Sales & Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers, providing information on products and offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive upselling & cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

**3. Team Supervision**
- Manage and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Allocate tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**4. Merchandising & Display**
- Plan and implement attractive product displays and seasonal arrangements.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items, recommending promotional strategies.

**5. Reporting & Administration**
- Maintain daily sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Handle billing, cash collection, and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Coordinate with management on marketing activities and new product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in apparel or fashion.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service standards, and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
