**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products (modular kitchens, wardrobes, etc.).
- Follow up on inquiries received through various channels (website, social media, walk-ins, referrals).
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Understand customer needs and schedule appointments for showroom visits or site measurements.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate to seniors when necessary.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional local languages are a plus).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or MS Excel.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize calls efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400.00 per day
