**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to target key customer segments and achieve sales objectives in the construction sector.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate our brand in the market.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services, network with potential clients, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools to support lead generation, sales presentations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and industry influencers to enhance brand loyalty and generate referrals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and optimize marketing activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold brand standards in all marketing communications and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of construction materials, products, and services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the Coimbatore construction market and local industry networks is preferred.
