**Program Overview**:
The Tejasvi MP program, initiated by the Madhya Pradesh School Education Department, is an innovative educational endeavor aimed at nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset among high and higher secondary school students. Launched in April 2023, the program has been piloted in Bhopal and Indore, impacting 42,000 students across 300 schools. We are now scaling to 1000 schools and 1 lakh+ students in 2024. It is a collaborative initiative involving the Directorate of Public Instructions, MP Open Board, and Udhyam Learning Foundation.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As an Executive ( Field observer ), you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation of the Tejasvi Program at the grassroots level. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with school administration and teachers to effectively implement the Tejasvi Program.-
- Conducting small-scale pilot interventions to address complex problems specific to communities/ schools, blocks, or districts.-
- Executing outreach strategies at the field level by daily visiting government high and higher secondary schools.-
- Organizing interactive sessions to raise awareness of the Tejasvi program among students and stakeholders.-
- Providing ground-level feedback to the district team and contributing to program-related events and initiatives.-
- Monitoring program progress and reporting any issues or concerns to the district manager.- Ensuring regular data collection and providing support to state and central teams as needed.
- School visits will be as per the program requirements.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities**:
- A keen interest in the development and education sectors.-
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.-
- Prior experience working with teachers and school-level stakeholders is highly desirable.-
- Willingness to travel across the district as required.-
- Fluency in both Hindi and English with excellent reading and writing skills.-
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively across teams.- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
