1. To ensure proper supervision of housekeeping service on day to day basis.

2. To ensure that housekeeping team adheres with KDAH policies.

3. To maintain proper control on housekeeping material as per approved budget.

4. To ensure that housekeeping services maintain the highest standard and minimize the housekeeping related service complaints.

5. To ensure proper maintenance of machines to avoid breakdowns.

6. To take routine rounds on the floor to check housekeeping services and to take necessary action whenever required.

7. To ensure all the housekeeping staff maintain complete documentation for compliance purpose.

8. To prepare and update Manuals of the department.

9. To prepare MIS on Monthly basis for housekeeping budget and inventory.

10. Updating and renewal of all licenses of the department.
