Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks in all areas of the office, including but not limited to:

- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Emptying and disposing of trash
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained
- Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances
- Assist with setting up for meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in an office environment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, kneel, and bend

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in cleaning or housekeeping techniques is a plus

Prior experience with office equipment and facilities maintenance
