**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow our presence on various social media channels by developing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform our marketing strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
