**Key Responsibilities**:
Source and screen resumes through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.)

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions

Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS like JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn)

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

**Qualifications**:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

✔ 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Passion for recruitment and people operations

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
