**KRA**
- Conduct routine physical and chemical tests on Rubber products and specialized Synthetic Rubber lining according to established protocols and procedures.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, instruments, and supplies required for testing.
- Collect samples of Rubber materials and prepare them for testing, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing methods and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Record and compile test data, observations, and results accurately and maintain organized records.
- Assist in the preparation and standardization of chemical solutions and reagents used in testing.
- Clean and maintain laboratory workstations and equipment to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Research and Development team to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring and replenishing laboratory supplies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in Rubber technology and laboratory testing methods.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in Rubber technology.

**Skill**
- Completion of a basic course in Rubber technology is required.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory, particularly in a rubber company, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, instruments, and techniques specific to Rubber testing.
- Strong understanding of physical and chemical testing methods for Rubber materials.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and experience handling hazardous materials.

**Compensation**
CTC per annum will depend on experience and expertise.
