**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare and present timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights into key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Work closely with department heads to develop and manage budgets across departments.
- Assist in the preparation and revision of the company’s financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and highlight discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage working capital and optimize cash usage.
- **Financial Compliance & Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth completion of audits.
- **Cost Control & Optimization**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with departments to implement cost control measures.
- Regularly review and analyze cost structures and operational expenses to ensure alignment with company goals.
- **Taxation & Regulatory Reporting**:

- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management on potential impacts.
- **Strategic Financial Planning**:

- Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
- Work with the senior finance team to evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- **Financial Systems & Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the implementation of new financial software or upgrades to existing systems.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with other departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and HR, to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide financial advice and support to non-finance teams to help them understand financial implications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,337.52 per month
