STP Market Advisor
**Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days max.**
**Experience : 3-6 Years relevant experience.**
**Hybrid Model : 3 days office, 2 days wfh.**
**During training it's completely work from the office.**
**Duties**:
Ensure timely and accurate quality follow up on open and aged Purchase orders
Help PO owners and requestors to resolve issues and close down aged PO’s or transfer ownership.
Resolve issues related to PO’s where ownership cannot be defined. Understand and follow escalation process for aged PO’s
Provide standard a customised reports on open PO’s to requestors
**Skills**:Invoice processing, Issue resolutions and Payments in SAP
Vendor statement reconciliations
Conversant with Purchase to Pay cycle.
Working knowledge of SAP transitions
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Three to six years experience in a computerised accounting department of a large, reputable commercial organisation
