Utilizing React and Angular 11, the ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of developers in an agile development environment to help accelerate and develop STP’s most critical strategic roadmap projects.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using React.Js, TypeScript, and AngularUtilize Tailwind CSS for efficient and consistent user interface developmentIntegrate and manage RESTful APIs leveraging tools such as React Query for state management and data synchronizationExperience working with Angular components and lifecycle management within the context of maintaining and modernizing legacy applications.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvementProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and code review support to junior developers and peersRequired Skill Sets Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in React development.Strong working knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript and related technologies or web frameworks.Proficient understanding and experience using Node.JsProficient understanding of GIT Version ControlStrong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.Able to develop junior developers on a team, provide code review feedback, guidance, and mentoring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability and willingness to work with a team as well as be an individual contributor.Experience working with clients/users preferred.Additional Skill Sets Capital market knowledge will be an advantage.Behavioral Skills Listen openly to feedback from managers and colleagues and uses the information to improve.Personal performance and work practices.Articulates ideas and issues in clear concise language.Shares information openly and communicates effectively with team members and with other teams.Listens well, incorporating others’ feedback and ideas, and responds appropriately.Fosters open honest communication with management and with staff.Deals effectively with pressure; maintains focus and intensity and remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.Process Shifts:The candidate should be ready to work in general or evening shift.How to apply Visit our Career Site – https://stpinvestment.Greythr.Com/hire/jobs/and search for the role you want to apply for or share your resume directly to stp_india_recruitment@stpis.com
