- You are responsible for driving the end-to-end build of our core lending platform that powers the various loans related use cases across our countries
- Collaborate with country product & business teams to understand the end user requirements, and translate that into a prioritized roadmap for the platform build, including core interaction APIs and other key enablers

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- You manage the roadmap by understanding how platform services could be enhanced to make other teams more effective in executing the overall product strategy
- Collaborate with the engineers in your squad to break down large projects into executable stories & requirements, and drive delivery through agile sprint cycles. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of the technologies we use, and use this technical knowledge to contribute to systems design where needed
- Drive the key platform success metrics around stability, usage, performance & scale

**The Must-Haves**:

- 8+ years experience as a product manager with a tech software or financial services company
- Hands-on experience of implementing lending products or in building a B2B or API driven Fintech product is highly desired
- Comfortable working on technical architecture, compliance or legal requirements and are able to influence thinking in these areas
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields
- Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; ideally in a fintech, ecommerce or startup environment
- Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
- An analytical and a data-driven approach to problem solving
- An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partners
