**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and immigration regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in US OPT/CPT recruiting preferred (Freshers with strong communication and networking skills can also apply).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of **different US work authorizations** (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, Citizens, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with **job portals** (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Handshake) and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities to establish relationships with universities and training institutes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,276.24 - ₹49,579.78 per month
