**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights to improve our recruitment strategies.
- **Social Media Assistance**: Support with LinkedIn and other social media recruitment initiatives, helping to create content that attracts high-quality talent.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **Passion for Recruitment**: A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, and a desire to learn the nuances of headhunting.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- **Proactive Mindset**: Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS software.
