**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated *Occupational Therapist* to work full-time at our clinic in Gurgaon. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions for children who require support with motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children referred for occupational therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Support children in enhancing fine and gross motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and self-care abilities.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure integrated therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for each client.
- Guide and train parents to continue therapy strategies at home.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid professional certification.
- Experience working with children (clinic or school setting preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability in working with diverse needs.
