We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tutor to join our team at JKKN Dental College and Hospital. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for facilitating the learning of students and assisting them in developing the skills and knowledge required to become dynamic leaders in the dental profession. You will be expected to provide innovative solutions and contribute to the ever-changing needs of the society.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Teaching experience in a dental institution is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor undergraduate students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to excellence in education, research, and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching: Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate students in the BDS. Designing and developing course materials, assessments, and examinations.
- Mentoring: Facilitating the learning of students and assisting them in developing the skills and knowledge required to become dynamic leaders in the dental profession. Providing feedback and support to students in their academic and clinical work.
- Research: Contributing to research and scholarship in the field of dentistry. This may include conducting research studies, publishing research papers, and participating in research projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the faculty to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. Participating in departmental and institutional activities, such as meetings and committees.
- Professional Development: Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of dentistry and education. Attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all institutional and regulatory requirements related to teaching, research, and professional activities.
- Demonstrating a commitment to the vision and mission of JKKN Dental College and Hospital by actively promoting and contributing to the institution's goals and objectives.
