**UKG Kronos Dimension** Consultant

**Exp**:

**Location**-Bangalore

**Shift**-12pm to 9pm.
- Experience with UKG Kronos Dimensions and competitive products, Technical and functional domain expertise.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation work of UKG Kronos Dimensions and related technologies, ensuring successful configuration, integration, and user adoption.
- Associate should be able to handle UKG Kronos Dimensions functional configuration for example Accruals, Absences, Entitlements, Advance Scheduling, Attendance & Timekeeping, Access Profiles, Pay Rule & Policies, Reports etc.
- Oversee Kronos & other T&A system upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and mínimal disruption to operations.
- Perform the management and maintenance of T&A system tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, reports and analytics.
- Ensure seamless integration between T&A tools and other IT ecosystem.
- Good to have expertise on Service-Now HRSD case handling & management.
- Should be good in using MS Tools like Teams/Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint. etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively share thoughts & ideas in a simple and understandable way.
- Good team player with ability to manage multiple & parallel projects/task and desire to learn new technologies and capability to drive innovation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Align with ITIL process for Incident/Problem/Change Management and Cytiva IT PMO process to support our IT operations.
- Interact with a diverse client base and work collaboratively with other teams, learn and support new technologies & automation.
- Prepare standard operating procedure documents, manage and maintain system & tool documentation and update as necessary.
- Identify areas of continuous service/process improvements ensuring best practices are applied with daily operations and add value to the IT operations and global business.
- Support compliance initiatives to ensure our IT Operations are compliant with our policies and requirements to reduce the risk of unauthorized data access/loss and perform & review risk assessments.
- Utilize ticketing tools like Service-Now/HRSD/Jira to track project/operational tasks.
- Maintain & update IT Operational tools inventory information and ensure CMDB is updated with latest information.
- Participate in various projects and activities as directed by the Manager/Supervisor & Ready to work in 24*5 operational support model.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
