Job Description for **Animator **and **Unity 3D Designer** role:
**Experience**

**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using After Effects.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and video editors to develop and execute visual concepts and styles.
- Design and animate compelling title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and other graphical elements.
- Composite visual effects elements such as 2D and 3D animations, live-action footage, and special effects.
- Manipulate and enhance video footage, including color grading, tracking, and rotoscoping.
- Optimize projects for different output formats and platforms, ensuring compatibility and high-quality playback.
- Design and develop high-quality 3D assets, including models, textures, animations, and effects using Unity 3D and other relevant software tools.
- Optimize assets and scenes to achieve optimal performance on target platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug visual issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience by supporting Unity 3D Programmers.
- Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate on designs to achieve the desired aesthetic goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in After Effects, motion graphics, and real-time 3D graphics.
- Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional visual results.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior artists, providing constructive feedback, and helping them to develop their skills.

**Key Tasks**
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and a solid understanding of its core features and capabilities including all the supportive plugins.
- Proficiency in using Unity 3D and related tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Substance Painter.
- Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of industry-standard video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve visual issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visuals.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical skills in After Effects/motion graphics and Unity 3D.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Visual Design, Game Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 2D animation: 10 years (preferred)
- 3D animation: 10 years (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects: 10 years (preferred)
- Unity 3D: 6 years (preferred)
