**Job Title: Guest Relations Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- **Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- **Feedback Management**: Gather and analyze guest feedback through surveys, conversations, and social media, using this information to improve service quality.
- **Service Coordination**: Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure that all guest needs are met during their dining experience.
- **Special Requests**: Handle special requests, reservations, and events, ensuring all details are managed seamlessly.
- **Promotions and Upselling**: Inform guests about promotions, menu items, and upcoming events, encouraging participation and upselling where appropriate.
- **Training**: Assist in training new staff on guest interaction and service excellence.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of guest interactions, complaints, and feedback for continuous improvement and management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
