Key Responsibilities:
Policy Issuance & Endorsements: Process new motor insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements accurately and within the stipulated timelines.

Claims Coordination: Assist customers in claims registration, documentation, and follow-ups with insurance companies for smooth claim settlements.

Customer Support: Address customer queries related to policy coverage, premium payments, and claim status, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.

Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies, agents, and for pricing, underwriting approvals, and service improvements.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance checks.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update records of policyholders, claims, and endorsements, and generate reports for management analysis.

Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements for a seamless workflow.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in motor insurance operations or general insurance.

Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and claims processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with insurance companies, brokers or motor dealerships.

Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance requirements.

Familiarity in General Insurance Domain Mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
