Relationship Associate

Swastha Hospital is seeking a dynamic and proactive **Relationship Associate** to join our Corporate Relations team. This field-based role involves engaging directly with corporate clients, insurance/TPA agents, and sales teams to promote our healthcare services and ensure smooth coordination for annual health check-ups and insurance-related support. The Relationship Associate will play a key role in representing Swastha Hospital, building relationships, and educating policyholders about our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular visits to client offices for coordination of annual health check-ups and other healthcare services.
- Build strong relationships with insurance/TPA agents and sales teams, educating them about Swastha Hospital’s offerings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders, answering queries and providing information on hospital services.
- Ensure a high standard of hospital representation in all interactions, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Generate business opportunities by promoting Swastha Hospital’s healthcare services and products to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- A two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to represent Swastha Hospital with professionalism.
- Prior experience in a field job or corporate relations is a plus.
