Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

The Recruiter Manager will be responsible for recruitment activities, ensuring HR support for respective regions.

This role involves identifying and establishing relationships with institutions and agencies to source top talent. The successful candidate will maintain records of sources, especially those obtained through consultants or referrals.

A key responsibility is to establish relevant documentation and maintain accurate records. Additionally, this role requires coordination with the operation team to create Training Centres at regional locations in association with TPA.

Responsibilities also include promoting the NAPS Employee Referral Scheme as one of the hiring channels and monitoring its effectiveness. This involves maintaining new joiner details, contract end dates, and separation records.

Another critical aspect is building a constant pool of talented individuals under NAPs to ensure smooth operations within the region. Onboarding processes should be seamless, and candidates should undergo induction training.

Moreover, this role demands a high level of understanding and compliance with existing and proposed legislation for HR, including timely payment arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management both within the business and HR groups.
  • Knowledge of other fields of HR or business is beneficial.

Qualifications
  • Masters in Human Resources or Bachelors Degree (BBA/HR).
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR. Preferably in NAPS Program (Apprenticeship).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additionally, extensive travel to remote locations where our customer sites are operational is expected.
