We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of our manufacturing firm.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
calendar management, communication handling, vendor coordination, travel planning, and cross-functional support across production, purchase, and HR teams

Key Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Manage calendar, meetings, and travel for MD.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- ⁠ ⁠Organize plant visits, compliance reviews, and audits.
- ⁠ ⁠Handle confidential and time-sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- ⁠ ⁠3-7 years of EA/admin experience (manufacturing preferred).
- ⁠ ⁠Strong MS Office and ERP (SAP/Tally) skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
