Key responsibilities - Document delivery:Physically transporting and delivering documents and packages to recipients, ensuring they are not damaged and arrive on time. - Proof of delivery:Obtaining signatures or other proof of delivery upon completion of the delivery. - Record keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and receipts for accounting purposes. - Aadhaar enrollment:Performing Aadhaar enrollment operations at an enrollment center, which includes capturing demographic and biometric data from residents according to UIDAI guidelines. - Customer service:Providing a seamless customer experience, assisting with various banking services, and addressing customer concerns. - KYC and verification:Collecting and verifying customer documents, such as Aadhaar and PAN cards, for KYC processes. - Data management:Accurately entering and maintaining customer information into the software system.
