**Position**: UX Architect
**Experience**: 8 to 15 Years

**Job Location**: Pune

We are seeking an experienced UX Architect to join our team and shape the user experience for innovative products designed for our end customers, who are Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Enterprises. You will play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences tailored to diverse set of products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and customize UX processes to meet the specific requirements of various projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define experience strategies during project initiation.
- Plan and execute user research, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience insights.
- Lead the conceptualization of user experiences, create UX documentation, and develop comprehensive information architecture.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring user experience excellence throughout all stages.
- Worked with customers from USA

Mandatory Technical and Soft Skills:

- Expertise in Information Architecture and Experience/Design Strategy.
- Strong abilities in UX documentation, Wireframing/Prototyping, and User Research.
- Adept at conducting design reviews and articulating recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas.

Value-Added Skills:

- Proficiency in Visual Design and knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and related tools.
- Familiarity with domain-specific challenges in HR Tech, Health Tech, or Ed Tech.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

- Education: Design Graduate, Design certifications (CDAC, IDC, NID).
- Certifications: HFI or HCI credentials.

Leadership Role:

- Develop and mentor team members, focusing on growth for lead-level and mid-level designers.
- Manage a diverse team of 5-7 members with expertise in user experience and visual design.
