We’re reimagining and recrafting the products we create to help our analysts and customers succeed. We need a User Experience designer to add clarity, simplicity and excitement. **You might be a good fit if**: You design to inspire and help the people who engage with your work. You’re empathetic towards people and understand how to unravel complex technical, business and people problems and translate them into digital experiential mocked-up journeys. You’re passionate about interactivity, interface design, standards, and have an insatiable thirst for learning. You understand just enough coding to know what’s how to avoid overly complicated designs, and how to design for multiple devices. You have experience partnering with business, development and other designers. **Fast forward... Here’s what happened because you joined our team**: - You’ve transformed manual services into modern digital products - You’ve helped the biggest brands in the world improve product performance by designing better ways to collect and visualize information. - You’ve helped product teams; development teams & stakeholders make better choices by creating low and hi-fidelity prototypes. - You have helped to create a unified, scalable, design language. - You’ve helped personify our customers and bring their voice into our portfolio. - You’ve fueled the growing appreciation for user experience. **You’ll come right up to speed if**: - You understand human computer interaction (HCI) and can design interfaces knowing which componentry and layout has a chance of doing well against its’ user base. - You know how to create Figma mocks and prototypes. You have experience conducting usability tests using remote or moderated testing. - You have experience working with design systems and designing to scale using Figma Components and Variables. - You’re passionate, persistent and can persuade others; you are a natural collaborator, storyteller, presenter and persuader. **Qualifications** You’ll stand above others if**: - You understand front-end development.
