Job Timing
- 6 pm to 3 am (US Shift)

3 pm to 12 am (UK Shift)

Job description

1. Responsible for making outbound calls(in US) and regular follow up on leads assigned.

2. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

3. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.

4. Address all the issues / grievances of customers and help them with a

solution

5. Strictly adhere to the process requirements

6. Able to achieve deadlines and target as assigned

7. Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customer based in UK/US
- 1. Good communication and interpersonal skill

2. Ability to think independently and make decisions

3. Should be a good Team player.

4. Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas

5. Persistent and Problem solving abilities

6. Excellent communication and Convincing skills

7. Organizational and time-management skills

8. Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
