Department - Purchase

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Procurement of Chemical Raw Materials & Packaging Materials
- Send enquiry and gathered quotes for market price comparison
- Final price negotiations with vendor as per costing norms
- Developing good vendor relationships & negotiating for credit terms with vendors
Alternative vendor developments thru R&D
- Visiting exhibitions & trade shows on behalf of the Company & developing new vendors
Attend to quality related issues and arranging as per the Client’s QC guidelines
Creating purchase orders in Tally ERP
Monitoring stock levels & maintaining buffer stock of fast moving items
- Coordinate with the Sales Team & warehouse team for smooth functioning
Delivering material which compliance quality parameters as per QA QC measures.
Coordinating with internal departments for vendor payments and other issues
Weekly MIS reports ( incl. but not limited to updated records of purchased products & delivery information ; Preparation of monthly reports for cash and credit, Preparation of costing of all products including cost analysis )
Ensure to submit all pending bills to Accounts Dept. & respond to any queries raised by them
- Preparing & Arranging L.C. & T.R. for vendor payments ( if required ) & submission of the export documents to the Bank
- Management & Renewal of all Export Licenses & procedures
- Preparation of all Export Documentations
- Ability to manage independently all Export Incentive schemes ( RodTep, Customs Duty Drawback, CEPA, etc. )
- Visiting exhibitions on behalf of the Company & developing new vendors
- **Education: -**BSC/MSC/BE Chemical Engineering ( preferred )
- **Age**:

- 25-35 years
- **Technical Skill set**:

- Computer proficient
- **Work Exp**:

- Minimum 2 ( preferably in purchase department )
- **Language skill set**:

- Fluency in English Language (Spoken & Written )
- **Other attributes:

- **ASelf-motivated individual with a pleasant personality

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
