- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure working environment.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
- **Stock Control**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish supplies when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- **Space Optimization**: Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and staff activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
