**Job Summary**

The Community Mobilizer will play a key role in building relationships with communities, identifying local needs, and supporting the implementation of foundation programs at the grassroots level. The role involves field visits, beneficiary mobilization, awareness generation, and ensuring effective community participation in the foundation's initiatives. Salary will be based on experience. This is full time job with 8 hours working from Monday to Saturday. The working hours will be flexible as per the requirements of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door visits, group meetings, and community events to raise awareness about foundation programs.
- Mobilize beneficiaries and stakeholders to participate in health, education, or livelihood programs.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with local community members, leaders, SHGs, and institutions.
- Identify local issues, needs, and opportunities relevant to ENrich Lives Foundation's mission.
- Support in baseline surveys, need assessments, and data collection.
- Facilitate training sessions, awareness camps, or capacity-building workshops in the community.
- Assist project staff in planning and organizing field-level activities and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of community meetings, participant attendance, and field reports.
- Regularly report field challenges, feedback, and success stories to the Program Coordinator.
- Any other work assigned by the organization

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates in Social Work, Sociology, or related fields preferred.
- 1-3 years of field experience in community mobilization, preferably in the development sector.
- Fluency in local language/dialect; basic knowledge of English/Hindi is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the local socio-cultural environment and community dynamics.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel) preferred but not mandatory.

**Remuneration**

Remuneration will be based on experience and aligned with industry standards in the non-profit sector.
