**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collections Communication**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers in resolving payment issues.
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Provide accurate and clear information regarding payment terms, due dates, and possible penalties.
- Answer customer inquiries related to their account status and payment options.
- Maintain a high level of customer service during interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment promises, and follow-up actions.
- Update customer accounts and note all communication details in the CRM system.
- **Compliance & Ethics**:

- Adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations for collections.
- Ensure a respectful and empathetic tone when interacting with customers.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**:

- Graduate or HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) freshers and above can apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in customer service, soft collections, or a similar role is an added advantage.
