
Back Office Sales Executive

Required a back office sales representative to handle the administrative and operational support for internal and external sales teams, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes. This includes tasks like data entry, proposal making, order processing, customer communication, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Data Management**: Maintaining and updating customer databases, product information, and sales records. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
- **Order Processing**: Handling customer enquiries and preparing RFI - [Request for information] and RFP - [Request for proposal], process orders with techno commercial clarity. Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- **Communication**: Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and coordinating with internal team and field sales team..
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Generating reports on sales performance, customer trends, and other key metrics to provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making.
- **Administrative Support**: Handling tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline sales operations.
- **Collaboration**: Working with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
