**Key Details**:
**Age Criteria**: 18-35 years

**Qualification**: Minimum Graduation

**Experience: Experience: Minimum 12 months in Microfinance Institution (MFI) - freshers not eligible**

**Salary & Benefits**:
Base Salary: ₹15,000/month + ₹4,000 Fixed Petrol Allowance

Incentives: Performance-based rewards

**Requirements**:
