**Job description**

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team, responsible for reaching out to potential students to assist them with admissions based on their ranks in engineering and medical entrance exams. The role involves providing detailed information about our courses, admission criteria, and guidance on the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call potential students who have qualified engineering and medical entrance exams to discuss admission opportunities.
- Provide detailed information regarding course offerings, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Address queries from prospective students and their parents, ensuring clarity on admission requirements.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
- Follow a structured approach to counsel and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a 12th degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or in an educational institution is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Strong persuasive skills and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with admission processes for engineering and medical courses is a plus.
