**Key Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:

- **Video Capture**:

- Plan, shoot, and record video content for various projects, including commercials, interviews, events, and promotional materials.
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to ensure high-quality production.
- **Creative Vision**:

- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
- Scout locations, plan shots, and organize shoots to ensure a smooth production process.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest videography trends, techniques, and technology.

**Video Editing**:

- **Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage into polished video content, including cutting, splicing, adding transitions, music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Color correction and grading to enhance the visual quality of the video.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Utilize various software tools to create motion graphics, special effects, and animations.
- **Storytelling**:

- Develop a strong narrative and visual style that aligns with the project's goals.
- Ensure that the final video content meets the quality standards and delivers the intended message.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on the progress of video projects.
- Make revisions based on client feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the final product.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing various video projects.
- Experience in shooting and editing different types of videos, including corporate videos, commercials, and social media content.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
- Ability to use motion graphics software and create visual effects is a plus.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Excellent understanding of visual aesthetics, color theory, and audio synchronization.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
