Roles
- Coordinate overall sales teams ASM, ABE and VSM.
- Gathering Information from Sales Force Automation Apps such as Pepup Sales and Field Assist
- Manage permissions and details on the SFA App
- Helping the sales team to improve the develop and under develop area.
- Developing and maintaining filing system so as to maintain sales record prepare reports and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meet their quotas and goals.
- Managing and prepare budgets for sales team expenses likes bonus, incentives and travel.
- Ensuring adherences to laws regulations and policies.

Experience Required
- Bachelors from an accredited university.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales. Knowledge of primary and secondary sales.
- 1-3 years experience working with excel and other structured data.
- Experience working with enabler apps.

Preferred Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of data in sales and how to leverage data to manage people
- Strong FMCG Background
- Basic knowledge of Data Quality and Master Data Management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Nunhai Road, Agra - 282006, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
