**Position Overview**

We are looking for a **Housekeeping Executive** who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards across the plant premises. This role is crucial in ensuring a sanitized and compliant environment, especially in a food manufacturing setup, where adherence to hygiene standards directly impacts product quality and audit performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping activities across the plant and office premises
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including production zones, utility blocks, toilets, changing rooms, corridors, and external surroundings
- Supervise housekeeping staff (in-house or contractual) and maintain duty rosters, schedules, and checklists
- Monitor stock and usage of cleaning materials, tools, and consumables; ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular hygiene audits and cleanliness inspections in line with FSSAI, ISO, and GMP standards
- Coordinate with admin and HR for employee hygiene-related concerns and upkeep
- Prepare and maintain housekeeping reports, logs, and compliance documentation
- Handle pest control schedules and liaise with vendors as needed

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role within a manufacturing setup (food industry preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial hygiene standards, cleaning agents, and housekeeping equipment
- Strong supervision skills with the ability to lead a team of housekeeping staff
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards

**Work Environment & Expectations**
- This role is site-based at our Shirwal plant and involves physical presence across various production and facility zones
- Must be comfortable working in a high-paced, regulated, and quality-focused manufacturing environment
- Rotational shifts or extended hours during audits or peak seasons may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
