**Position Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, create a warm and welcoming environment, and build a positive rapport with potential buyers. Understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints to offer suitable product recommendations.
- sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to initiate conversations, understand their buying intentions, and guide them through the sales process. Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product catalog and industry trends to provide accurate and detailed information to customers. Continuous learning and product training are essential to excel in this role.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service throughout their showroom experience. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with the completion of purchase transactions, handle payment processing, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Collaborate with the administrative team to manage the necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Ensure that product displays are well-presented and replenished as needed.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, inquiries, and purchases. Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to the sales manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 10th,12th,diploma or any degree; additional education in sales or related fields is a plus.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, computers, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during peak business hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
