About Role:
Sri Krishna Nagai Maligai is seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and enhance the overall showroom experience. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces, provide expert advice, and work towards achieving sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in jewelry sales, upselling, and customer relationship management while contributing to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry and provide detailed product information.
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting Gold Chit schemes.
- Stay updated on jewelry trends, materials, and design to guide customers effectively.
- Maintain visually appealing and organized jewelry displays.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and organization throughout the store.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Standard
Experience: 1 year experience in Jewelry Industry or freshers with selling experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
