**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and test garment patterns to ensure quality and production feasibility.
- Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings for manufacturing.
- Develop standardized procedures for efficient production.
- Generate precise patterns based on company and project-specific requirements.
- Modify and optimize pattern designs using CAD tools.
- Recommend improvements in materials and design based on fit and functionality.
- Collaborate with production and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain clear and updated design records and documentation.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in women’s fashion.
- Prior experience working with **Women’s Fashion companies** and **Export houses** is **mandatory**. Experience limited to local/domestic brands will **not** be considered.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of women’s garment construction and pattern grading.
- Proficient in CAD tools like AutoCAD, Gerber, or similar pattern-making software.
- Expertise in technical drawings and design development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
